  • What are the early warning signs? – There can be many early warning signs for mental health problems, in this section you will learn what some of these are.
  • Types of Mental Health- This section will cover the most common types of mental health problems in the UK and how many people are affected by them. It will teach you about what each mental health problem is, the possible symptoms a person may have and the treatment available for it.
  • Mental Health Settings- Understand the different types of mental health settings available for people, depending on their mental health condition.
  • Positive Mental Health- Mental health affects everything we do, like our ability to solve problems, adapt, cope and be happy. So, learning about how to maintain a positive mental health is important and this section will list all the possible ways to achieve this.
  • Recovery- In this section you will learn about each of the five dimensions of recovery, a process made to help someone through recovery of mental health conditions.
  • Effects of Untreated Mental Health Conditions- This section will help you to understand and be aware of the effects of untreated mental health conditions and what impact that can have on people.
  • Advice and Support- It’s important to know where you can get advice and support, because if someone asks you, you are able to help them get the correct support they need.
